Buffer Rings & Cushion Seals

MFP Seals offers a full range of buffer rings designed to buffer pressure spikes in hydraulic systems. We produce a wide ranges of designs and use a variety of materials for our buffer ring product line. Most common are the BRS buffer rings produced from our proprietary T5100 filled PTFE material and utilize an elastomer energizer. MFP Seals MBRU buffer ring is commonly used in high pressure systems that are subject to pressure spikes. High quality urethane insures that the seal will stay energized at all pressures while the anti-extrusion ring helps protect the rod seal from rapid changes.
